Murray Valley Organics in Australia is seeking a Facility Plant Manager to organise, control and coordinate the strategic and operational management of horticulture facilities. You will lead a packing shed team, ensure cool rooms operate correctly, and guarantee timely, quality packing and traceability across markets.
You will liaise with grower services and farm managers, supervise staff on quality control, and oversee procurement of labour and services to move produce through the supply chain.
