The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This position is not only high-profile but also hands-on, with a focus on genuine leadership as the company expands. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning within the business unit. This includes driving strategy by partnering with the senior leadership team to provide commercial insights, optimizing project finances, and ensuring profitability. The role also involves managing day-to-day financial activities such as cash flow, AP/AR, payroll governance, and overseeing multiple international P&Ls.; The Head of Finance will be the key figure in leading the financial close processes, budgeting, and forecasting, all in accordance with strict IFRS guidelines. Additionally,



the role requires the management of internal and external audits and the strengthening of financial controls.The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance position at the company will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with several years of experience in a rapid-paced, diverse role that demands both technical expertise and commercial acumen. A robust understanding of IFRS, advanced Excel skills, and sharp analytical thinking are essential for this role.
