Field Service Technician - Epping VIC

Omni Group is seeking a hands on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing VIC Service team.
This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)
Set up and test new and returned equipment
Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours
Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations
Provide clear and skilled communication to customers
Success in this role looks like:
Up to 15 services completed per week
Timely and accurate service reporting
Solid customer relationships and satisfaction




Identification of additional service opportunities
Skills & Experience:
Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role
Robust mechanical aptitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
High attention to detail
Requirements:
Physically fit and reliable
Limited electrical license(preferred but not required)
