Pathway Talent is recruiting a Youth Suicide Prevention Peer Worker for a well-established for-purpose organisation. You will provide lived experience-driven psychosocial support to children and young people up to 25, helping them navigate distress and build recovery.
Using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice, you will co-develop support plans, participate in risk assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Youth Advisory Groups.
