Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking 2 Initial Assessment & Planning Workers (Corrections) to support people leaving custody with housing pathways at Fulham Correctional Centre. Roles based in Bairnsdale or Morwell, with occasional work at the facility and a driving licence required.
Permanent roles available: 1 full time and 1 part time (5 days a fortnight). You will assess housing needs, coordinate responses and connect clients to housing pathways, while collaborating with Corrections
