CIP Constructions is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support site operations on commercial and industrial projects in Australia. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics and help deliver programs safely and to high standards.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce HSE requirements, and work with the delivery team to meet programme and quality targets. A trade qualification and robust leadership are essential for success in this role.
