An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Sales Consultant within a leading Bayside real estate office.
This is a quick-paced, high-performance role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, and delivering an exceptional client experience. What You'll Be Doing:
Providing end-to-end executive support across the sales process
Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement
Coordinating diaries, appointments and daily priorities




Liaising with vendors, buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders
Preparing sales documentation and campaign materials
Managing client communication and delivering exceptional service
Supporting inspections and auctions on Saturdays
Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous Executive Assistant experience within residential real estate is a must
High-calibre Executive Assistants from other industries will also be considered
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Solid time management and ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
Qualified presentation and outstanding client service skills
Leadership potential with a genuine desire to grow
