About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Care Manager
to join our aged care home in a stunning coastal town in Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated skilled looking to make a difference in the lives of older Australians.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the clinical care team and ensure high standards of care for all residents.
Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans according to individual needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices and enhance resident well-being.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Current AHPRA registration.




Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Care Manager
in aged care settings.
Proven ability to manage clinical operations in large aged care homes.
Must have work rights in Australia; international candidates will not be considered.
Relocation
This position requires relocation to a regional town. Candidates must be willing to embrace community living in a picturesque coastal area.
