Avamere Rehab of Clackamas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care under RN supervision at our facility in Clackamas, OR. The position supports both part time and full time schedules, including Saturday day/evening shifts and additional NOC August/September coverage.
Responsibilities include vital signs, medication administration, wound care, hygiene and mobility assistance, and care documentation. Experience in long-term care and EMR usage is preferred.
