We're looking for an experienced
Senior Commercial Cleaner
who takes pride in delivering outstanding results and wants to build a long‐term career with us.

Team Leader

Chermside
Primarily evening shifts with consistent weekly hours, plus a regular Sunday shift at our Chermside site.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest cleaning standards across our commercial sites while becoming a key member of our growing team.
Initially, you'll work independently across our commercial clients. As our business continues to grow, you'll have the prospect to take on additional responsibilities and progress into a Team Leader position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms




Emptying bins and restocking consumables
Working independently and efficiently
Building positive relationships with clients
Assisting with training recent team members as the business grows
About You
Has exceptional attention to detail
Is reliable, honest and trustworthy
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Has excellent time management skills
Can work independently
Holds a current driver's licence and reliable transport
Has (or is willing to obtain) a Police Check
What We Offer
$36-$38 per hour + super (depending on experience)
