We are looking for an experienced Full time Optical Dispenser to join our passionate and growing team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and has a passion for styling, eyewear, and helping people look and feel their best.
You will be responsible for:
Luxury frame styling and personalised eyewear consultations
Optical dispensing, measurements, and lens recommendations
Delivering exceptional end-to-end customer service
Adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
Supporting the optometrists and wider team




Maintaining high presentation and merchandising standards

About You
You are:
An experienced Optical Dispenser (2+ years preferred)
Passionate about customer service, fashion, health, and eyewear
Confident with dispensing, styling, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Warm, polished, and professional in your communication
Detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in your work
Comfortable working Saturdays as part of your roster
Holder of a formal optical dispensing qualification
Australian citizen with full working rights
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse client base.
