Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment – Canberra ACT is seeking a senior Counsellor Coordinator to lead a trauma-informed counselling service for survivors of sexual violence. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will supervise counsellors, mentor staff and help develop programs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
In this leadership role you will coordinate day-to-day operations, contribute to quality improvement, participate in policy development and may carry a small clinical caseload.
