Job Description
VINFLORA PTY LTD Vinflora Pty Ltd is currently seeking a full time Primary products Assurance and Inspection Officer for our business located in Homebush West.
Your duties will include:
Inspect flowers and other products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Check products during growing, harvesting, grading, packing and storage to identify quality issues.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality procedures are followed.
Identify damaged, diseased or non-conforming products and report findings.
Conduct quality inspections and record inspection results.
Ensure hygiene, food safety and biosecurity procedures are followed.
Monitor storage and handling conditions to maintain product quality.
Assist in investigating quality problems and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate quality assurance records and inspection reports.




Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
Assist with internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
Provide guidance to production staff on quality requirements and product handling.
Liaise with suppliers, customers and production staff regarding quality matters.
Support compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant industry standards.
Perform other quality assurance and inspection duties as required.
Package: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

Requirements of position: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
