About the role:
AsStore Manager,you will be responsible for the overall performance, presentation and day-to-day operations of the store.
You will:
Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a consistently high standard of in-store experience
Take ownership of store KPIs, driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the store reflects a premium brand environment
Manage rosters, performance, and training, fostering a positive and engaged team culture
Ensure effective stock management, including receiving, replenishment and stock integrity in line with company procedures.




Maintain a solid focus on operational excellence, compliance and store standards
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Store Manager experience in retail (fashion or related industries highly regarded)
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve sales and service targets
Strong customer service focus with a genuine passion for delivering a memorable in-store experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing KPIs and store performance
