Roles involve working with a large culinary team on rosters including BIBO/DIDO (2:2) or FIFO (2:1) from Brisbane and other regional hubs.
You will have Cert III Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate, mass-catering experience, solid knife and cooking skills, and a commitment to high standards of safety and hygiene.
