7am-3pm | Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations
Lead, support and develop warehouse staff
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time




Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company standards
Assist with rostering, performance management and productivity monitoring
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Work closely with purchasing and transport teams
About You
Previoussupervisory or team leader experiencein a warehouse or logistics environment
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage daily workloads and priorities effectively
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, or warehouse management systems)
Reliable, organised and committed to high performance
