APM is seeking an Employment Consultant at our Reservoir, VIC site to support people with disability to secure meaningful employment and create sustainable pathways. You will blend people support with employer engagement and administration to deliver outcomes.
You will market candidates to local employers, coach participants, help with resumes and interview prep, and build a robust pipeline of prospects while ensuring compliance and KPI delivery.
