Mercer is seeking a Rectification Analyst to join our Operations team in Australia, with hybrid work across Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. The role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and focuses on incident rectification, root-cause analysis and remediation planning to minimize customer and fund impacts.
You will work with Incident Managers and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product, Transformation and Technology to ensure timely resolution.
