Project Manager Role - Fit Out and Refurbishment
A Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.
The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $30M in Melbourne.
This is a role for a highly capable Project Manager to work closely with the site teams to deliver multiple projects across Victoria from design to completion.
What you'll do
Managing commercial fit out projects across Melbourne
Delivering projects ranging from $5M-$30M
Working closely with Site Managers and delivery teams
Managing consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Managing multiple projects concurrently
Overseeing programming, procurement, financials, and project delivery
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What you'll bring
Proven experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects




Robust understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneouslyExperience leading subcontractors and project teams
Strong commercial and financial management capability
Solid understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
