Moon Dog Brewing is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for an exciting Hybrid Head Chef/Exec Chef role at Doglands, Melbourne. You will lead a pax events space and a 70-seat Jungle Room restaurant, splitting time between kitchen leadership and major function administration.
From October to December you'll dedicate % of your time to Doglands, with January–September involving travel to other Melbourne venues to mentor and cover senior chefs. * hours/week.
