Bupa is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator at our Bateau Bay home on NSW's Central Coast. You will lead a vibrant, resident-led lifestyle program and support a Wellbeing Carer team to deliver engaging daily experiences and hospitality-style support.
You will also coordinate volunteers and community links to enrich residents' lives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on support, including assessments and documentation, to ensure meaningful engagement and evidence-based care
