About the Position
As a vital team member reporting to both the Operations Manager and CEO, the primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and extraordinary experiences to our valued members and guests in our Gaming Lounge.
The successful candidate should bring experience in a similar role and possess a comprehensive understanding of licensed gaming venues. A hands-on operational approach and a passion for customer engagement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise frontline Gaming staff on a shift basis to ensure productive gaming and food & beverage service delivery.
Welcome and assist VIP members and guests with a professional demeanor,



serving as an informational resource for all inquiries.
Understand and promote our Loyalty program.
Cultivate a robust repeat customer base while fostering positive relationships.
Uphold a high standard of service, ensuring compliance with Club policies and government regulations.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Execute gaming machine duties such as payouts and addressing minor faults as necessary.
Desired Skills, Attributes, and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role.
Thorough understanding of licensed gaming venues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong leadership qualities.
Proficient in conflict resolution techniques with patience.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
Multi-tasking abilities while assisting the team in various areas when needed.
Attention to detail, initiative, and drive.
RSA, RSG and CLO certification.
Solid knowledge of food & beverage.
A police check is mandatory for this role.
