As a Building & Pest Inspector, you'll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections - identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

Duties
Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks
Carry out pre-purchase inspections across Sunnybank/Springwood & surrounds
Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
Provide skilled advice to clients
Skills & Experience




Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
QLD Builder's Licence and Registered Building Inspectors Course (or eligibility)
Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM & CPPUPM) - or willingness to enrol
Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
