The Admin Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations across administration, supporting fleet management operations and handling a wide range of administrative tasks within the automotive division. This role requires solid organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.
Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate vehicle records, managing registrations and compliance documentation, tracking fleet usage and maintenance schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting for management [ Fleet Management]
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.




Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders.
Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business objectives.
Support the organization and documentation of company governance activities,
Ensure property assets are well-maintained and support dealership operations.
Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
2–3 years of administrative experience (automotive or retail preferred).
Experience in Fleet management is an advantage.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
Valid driver's license (mandatory for NSW site travel).
You must be eligible to work in Australia.
