Greystones Recruitment is recruiting for a Venue Operations Manager (Duty Manager) for a large regional hospitality venue in Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations during your shift, lead multiple hospitality teams and ensure exceptional customer service across outlets, bars, dining, gaming and entertainment spaces.
This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility, where you will support your team, engage with guests and uphold the highest standards of service and compliance.
