Estia Health is seeking a Property Contracts and Compliance Manager to coordinate management of our property assets across multiple homes. You will work with our Property Service Managers to plan maintenance, manage contracts and ensure compliance while supporting home-based staff.
The role requires 5 years in property services management with contract/compliance experience, solid communication with external providers, and tertiary qualification in Property/Construction/Management.
