Surly's Surry Hills is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of Sydney's iconic hospitality venues. Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will own the venue's performance, guest experience and team leadership, from service standards to day-to-day operations.
You will recruit and develop supervisors, manage labour and budgets, collaborate with kitchen and marketing, ensure RSA and licensing compliance, and drive revenue through events.
