Senior Architect/ Associate - High End Houses
Join a boutique practice and work on exceptional projects.
Seeking a talented architect to work on high end private residential projects.
You will have a minimum of 10 years proven experience in similar roles, including 3 years local experience gained on private residential projects (ideally in Sydney), and a successful track record in running small to medium projects from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well robust design, delivery and client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding client service on high-budget houses and other boutique projects
Lead projects from start to completion (including technical aspects)
Work closely with others and mentor junior team members
Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing




Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
Work closely with clients and team members
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience including some Australian experience dealing with consultants and approval processes.
Valuable design eye - able to work through design development
Past local experience on high budget private residential projects
Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery.
