Service Coordinator / National Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team.
About the role
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service requests and ensuring customers receive exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate technician schedules and service bookings
Manage breakdowns, preventative maintenance and repairs
Liaise with customers, technicians and suppliers
Prepare and follow up service quotations
Manage national customer accounts




Monitor work progress and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Update customers throughout the repair process
Process service documentation and invoices
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Prioritise urgent work while managing multiple competing tasks
About you
You'll be someone who:

Works well independently
Has robust attention to detail
Experience in service coordination, logistics, transport, automotive, equipment hire or a similar industry will be highly regarded.
