Bayside Health is seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Falls Prevention Service in Mornington. You will perform home-based, centre-based or telehealth falls risk assessments for older adults and deliver targeted physiotherapy interventions to reduce fall risk and related injuries.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will educate clients, staff and community groups, participate in preventative programs and contribute to ongoing staff development and training.
