First Step is seeking a compassionate Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The role provides trauma-informed, person-centred nursing care to people with substance use, mental health concerns and other complex health needs in an integrated primary health model.
You will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate care plans, liaise with GPs and mental health practitioners, and perform routine nursing duties including vaccinations and pathology services.
