The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Site Managers / 2nd In Charge to help lead our maintenance operations and support the delivery of upcoming projects. This is a genuine prospect for a hardworking horticulturist or landscape maintenance qualified to take the next step in their career, working alongside a supportive team that values initiative, quality workmanship, and takes pride in a job well done.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day landscape maintenance works
General turf and garden bed maintenance
Irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
Pest and weed control
Supervising and supporting team members on site




Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and horticultural best practice
A hardworking, reliable attitude with a robust work ethic
The ability to lead by example and support less experienced team members
A current driver's licence (and relevant tickets/certifications highly regarded)
A commitment to safety and quality on every job
