We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate individuals to join our teams as a
Swim Teacher
across our WA locations in
Secret Harbour
and
Kwinana
on a casual basis.
At State Swim, we believe every lesson has the power to build confidence, create lifelong skills and help keep our communities protected around water. As a Swimming Instructor, you'll play a vital role in teaching people of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve milestones they never thought possible while making every lesson engaging, rewarding and fun.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging, high-quality swimming lessons in line with the State Swim program
Inspire confidence and support students as they develop new skills
Assess progress and provide meaningful feedback to students and families
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming aquatic setting
Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team
Stay current with industry best practice and water safety standards
About You




Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for teaching, learning and helping others succeed
A positive attitude and commitment to creating outstanding experiences for every student
