We are seeking an experienced and motivated
leading hand
to lead aluminium shopfitting and glazing projects across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, liaising with builders, managing site teams, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage aluminium shopfitting and glazing installations on site.
Measure jobs accurately and provide input to the fabrication team.
Liaise effectively with builders, site managers, and other trades.
Ensure projects run to schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Supervise and lead site teams to achieve smooth and safe project delivery.
Solve on-site challenges and keep project stakeholders informed.




We're Looking For
Proven experience in aluminium, shopfitting, glazing, or related fields.
Strong ability to read and interpret plans, measure accurately, and manage site logistics.
Excellent communication skills for working with builders and project managers.
Ability to lead teams, drive site progress, and uphold safety and quality standards.
A proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
