ICE Transparent Europe Limited is seeking a Network Operations skilled to provide 24x7 support for our global production network infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents to minimize service impact and maintain high availability.
Responsibilities include incident and problem management, operational readiness for current services, change planning with Engineering, and vendor coordination. A degree in Computer Engineering and CCNA/JNCIA knowledge are preferred.
