City of Gold Coast is seeking a Building Compliance Officer on a fixed-term full time basis to investigate and enforce development compliance with a focus on private pool barrier safety. You will engage with residents, inspectors, certifiers, developers and agencies to ensure regulations are understood and applied.
The role requires a Building Surveying degree or equivalent, and a valid pool safety inspection qualification or licence.
