Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or related fields.
Relevant degree in law, finance, or business.




Solid understanding of corporate governance and compliance regulations in Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with international corporate secretarial practices.
