The Bays Hospital in Mornington invites an experienced Maternity Manager, NUM, ANUM or exceptional Midwife to lead our maternity team. You will oversee three birthing suites, a 10-bed post-natal ward and a four-bed Special Care Nursery, ensuring high-quality, family-centred care.
This permanent, full time role requires solid leadership, operational experience and a postgraduate management qualification, with in office obstetricians and paediatric support to back you.
