Building Surveyor for Commercial Building Inspections
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a
Commercial Building Surveyor (Inspections)
to join the Sydney team.
This is a
site-focused role
, working across a range of
commercial projects
, carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance throughout the construction lifecycle
The position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being
on-site
and working closely with builders, contractors, and stakeholders.
The role will involve:
Conducting
in office inspections
across commercial projects
Ensuring compliance with the
NCC and relevant legislation
Working closely with builders and project teams
Reporting on compliance and providing practical guidance
Supporting the certification process through inspection stages
ABOUT YOU
Experience in
commercial building surveying (essential)
Licensed Building Surveyor (NSW)
preferred, OR working towards
Solid knowledge of the
NCC and relevant legislation
Comfortable working in a




site-based setting
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders in office
Practical, solutions-focused mindset
