Job Description
Primary Purpose
This role keeps a residential building secure, secure and calm through the night. You're the person on site while residents sleep: the first point of contact for anything that comes up, and the reason the morning team walks into a building that has run smoothly overnight.
Snapshot of Your Day
You'll keep the lobby and entrances secure, managing access for residents and approved guests through the night
You'll be the first point of contact for anything that comes up overnight, from a locked-out resident to a late delivery
You'll carry out regular walk-throughs and keep an eye on cameras, alarms and building systems
You'll respond calmly to any incident or emergency,



following the building's procedures and escalating when needed
You'll log the night accurately and hand over a transparent picture to the morning team
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You bring:
Comfort working overnight and on your own, with reliability and punctuality you can be counted on for
A calm, level head when something goes wrong at 3am
Transparent communication and a warm, professional manner with residents
Attention to detail and genuine security awareness
Experience in concierge, front-desk, hospitality or security is well regarded, though the right attitude matters most
You take genuine satisfaction in being the person who keeps things running well for the people around you, even when no one is watching.
