JBS Townsville is seeking an experienced Return to Work (RTW) and Injury Management Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will coordinate injury management and RTW processes, supporting employees from injury occurrence through to secure and sustainable return to work.
You will manage claims, develop RTW plans, provide guidance on injury management, and ensure compliance within a fast-paced industrial workplace. Training and development prospects will be available.
