Project Coordinator - Enterprise Transformation
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a large enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.
Supporting a project leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective governance, reporting and coordination across a complex delivery environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation programs and understands the importance of solid governance and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate project governance activities
Maintain RAID logs, actions and dependency registers
Prepare Steering Committee and governance packs
Coordinate project reporting and status updates
Assist with planning, scheduling and resource coordination
Track project milestones and deliverables
Support financial tracking and project administration
Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders
To succeed in this role,



you will offer:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within enterprise transformation programs
Robust governance and reporting experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience maintaining RAID logs and project documentation
Exposure to Agile and/or traditional project delivery
Banking or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools is desirable.
