Direct Care Resources is seeking compassionate Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants across Disability and Child Safety programs in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, transportation support, and community access while following care plans and trauma-informed approaches.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (or in progress) with First Aid/CPR, a valid driver's licence, and a willingness to travel.
