About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rutherford team.
In this role, you'll guide our guests through the car-buying journey and help them find their dream vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Present and explain our range of vehicles and associated products
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets




Deliver outstanding post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively follow up on leads to generate recent and repeat business
About You
Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not essential)
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong computer literacy and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions
