Coates is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at our Fyshwick branch in Canberra. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers receive top‐tier service for their equipment solutions.
Role involves handling in-person/phone/email inquiries, coordinating deliveries, quotes, invoicing and liaising with suppliers. You'll work on a rotating roster with occasional Saturday hours in a permanent full‐time capacity.
