One Doorway in Geelong is seeking a female Disability Support Worker to join our team. You will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities in their own homes, delivering daily living tasks and supports based on individual plans.
You'll complete progress notes, advocate for participants, and build solid relationships with clients, families and stakeholders. Prior hoist and manual handling experience is highly valued.
