You will liaise with clients, families, and health specialists to ensure services align with goals and budgets, delivering person-centred care.
You will lead assessments, develop care plans, monitor budgets, and supervise staff, with a focus on safety, independence, and quality.
AHPRA registration or allied health background is preferred.
