The role
We currently have an opportunity for a career minded, full time experienced Wills & Estate Legal Assistant seeking a agile role. The stand out candidate will be committed to providing exceptional 1:1 support to a Senior Lawyer in our Wills & Estate Department.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
Diary management and scheduling appointments
File management (both electronic and hard copy)
Time recording, billing and account management
General administrative duties including scanning, filing, copying and printing
Answering and directing calls from clients and stakeholders
Preparation of management communications,
documents and correspondence
Skills and Experience
Experience as a Wills & Estate legal assistant
Sound skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team and display initiative
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
Rigorous attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
Exemplary client and practitioner management
