A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager to complement the existing team at The Junction.
The Position
The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing a well‐maintained, established residential portfolio.
This role suits an experienced Property Manager seeking a fresh, supportive environment.
You will manage your own portfolio end‐to‐end, from leasing through to outgoing inspections.
To succeed in this position, you will possess the following attributes:
Commitment to exceptional customer service and people skills
Experience with Property ME, Inspection Manager
Experience with Key Log and Inspect Real Estate
Understanding of NSW legislation
Be part of a collaborative team delivering great customer service
Good communication and computer literacy skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
