Sonder Executive is seeking a hands-on WHS Coordinator in Melbourne's Southeast to help maintain a protected, well-organised site and foster a positive employee experience. You will develop and implement WHS policies, conduct inspections, and lead incident investigations, while coordinating return-to-work processes and safety training.
You will also support people & culture activities, such as onboarding, medicals and inductions, and assist with HR administration and queries.
